What this site collects
This site is static. It has no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising tags and no cookies of its own. Reading a page here does not create a profile of you.
The one thing this site sends you to that does collect information is checkout. When you click a join button you go to Stripe, which handles the card and the billing. Stripe collects what it needs to process a payment and to meet its own legal obligations. Its handling of that information is governed by its privacy policy, not this one.
What we hold if you join
- Your name and email address, so we can send the class links, the address when a class is in the room, and your notes.
- Your billing status, so we know whether the membership is active. Card numbers are held by Stripe, not by us.
- Notes and questions from classes, so the notes can be written for your business.
If you email us, we have your message and your address, and we use them to answer you. If you joined, we email you about classes, recordings, notes and billing. You can ask to stop receiving anything that is not about your account.
Who else sees it
Stripe processes payments. Our email and hosting providers carry the messages and the pages. The member app holds the library and the recordings. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
How long it is kept
Account and billing records are kept while the membership is active and afterward for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Class notes are kept while you are a member. Ask and we will delete what we are not required to keep.
Your choices
Write to team@acalicollectiveproject.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. If you are in a place with a law that gives you specific rights over your data, say so in the email and we will honor it.
Children
This is a membership for business owners. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes. Members are told by email if the change materially affects them.
